"Joevin is away for personal reasons that I can’t discuss. We hope he can get those resolved, that he can come back to the team and continues to perform like he does."

-- Seattle Sounders coach Brian Schmetzer a day after star left back Joevin Jones flew to Trinidad & Tobago and then texted Schmetzer he was leaving. The Soca Warriors play Jamaica on Thursday in a friendly in preparation for World Cup qualifying, but Jones, who will miss two Sounders' matches, was not on the squad list released by the T&T FA. Hope all is ok with Joevin for him to leave so suddenly without first letting the team know. While he is out, looking forward to seeing more of Nouhou!
