• Vancouver Whitecaps 0-3 Seattle Sounders: Paul Arriola scored in the 45th and 58th minutes in his first start in a year. He sustained a torn ACL in a match against Cruz Azul in the Champions Cup last March. Paul Rothrock completed the scoring in the 70th minute. It remains to be seen what the Sounders can do in 2026, but no MLS team has the depth of talent Brian Schmetzer has to work with on multiple fronts. (Attendance was a disappointing 12,446 at BC Place.)
