U.S. Abroad Weekend (Oct. 27-28)

Claudio Reyna scored both goals in Rangers' 2-0 win against Livingston in Scottish League action while John O'Brien tallied a pivotal goal for Ajax in its 4-1 win against Willem II in the Dutch Honor Division. Kasey Keller, Joe-Max Moore and Gregg Berhalter, meanwhile, remain on the sidelines in England. Scotland Claudio Reyna, Rangers (PL) Started (69 min.) vs. Livingston (2-0). Reyna scored both goals for Rangers, which pulled within seven points of Celtic at the top of the standings.
In the 23rd minute, Claudio Cannigia cut a ball back into the penalty area for the trailing Reyna who "provided a measured finish which gave the home side's new goalkeeper, Nick Culkin, no chance of making a save," according to a game report from ESPN's Soccernet.
After scoring, Reyna lifted his jersey to reveal a T-shirt with the initials "FDNY," to honor New York's Fire Department and all those affected by the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
"It was the third game I have worn this T-shirt so I was under some pressure to score," he explained. "I am just glad I managed it this time. I grew up within 20 miles of New York, as did my wife, and this was just something I wanted to do.
"I could have picked out any one of the organizations and brave people who have been involved in trying to get everything back together. I have not been back to New York yet, since it happened, but I keep in contact and know what's going on."
Reyna added another goal in the 59th minute by converting a rebound of Shota Arveladze's shot. England Jovan Kirovski, Crystal Palace (D1) Started (90 min.) vs. Norwich City (3-2).
