Jamaica: Three ties in Argentina

Jamaica is preparing for the Hexagonal with a long training camp in Argentina.

It has tied minor-league club Nuevo Chicago 0-0 and perennial First Division contender Boca Juniors 1-1 twice.

Paul Young -- who spent time last summer with clubs in MLS, the USISL and A-League -- had both Jamaica goals.

Jamaica has a match scheduled against Venezuela Feb. 12. It hosts Puerto Rico and Bermuda Feb. 19-23 in qualifying for the 1997 Shell/Umbro Caribbean Cup.

The first World Cup qualifier will be against the United States March 2 at Kingston's National Stadium.
