The Premier Development Soccer League's 1999 championship will be hosted by the Spokane Shadow at the Joe Albi Stadium Aug. 13-15. Spokane has been successful both on and off the field and is one
of the most respected organizations in the PDSL. The Shadow compiled a 41-7 regular-season record over the past three years, and continues to rank as one of the best in attendance year after year.
"We are excited about the prospects of having the PDSL National Championship in Spokane," said USISL president Francisco Marcos. "They have a quality organization and are very competitive. The city
of Spokane has taken a liking to the sport and the team." 1999 will mark the first time the PDSL finals have been played in the Northwest.
