(UCLA) were among 10 collegians called up by U.S. under-20 men's national team coach Thomas Rongen
to participate in the team's final training
camp Dec. 30-Jan. 6 at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., before this month's CONCACAF qualifying tournament in Panama.
Seitz has already announced his decision to turn pro. Several other
U-20 collegians might to turn pro before the MLS SuperDraft on Jan. 12 in Indianapolis.
Also called up were Soccer America first-team All-Freshman picks Jeremy Hall
(Maryland) and Andre Akpan
(Harvard) and second-team selections Ofori Sarkodi
(Virginia). Brian Perk
(UCLA), Amaechi Igwe
and Anthony Wallace
(South Florida) round out the collegiate contingent at the 21-player camp. Rongen will take 20 players to Panama City.
