"We've started a rebuilding project here, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to see it through." Under Quinn, a former U.S. national team player, the Clash has gone being from one of the oldest teams in MLS to one of the youngest. Average age of the players on the current roster is 24.9. "We're building for the future, and I think we're doing it the right way, bringing in young, talented players and letting them grow together," he said.
