Mexico's U-20s beat Indiana and fall to Notre Dame

Mexico's under-20 men's national team split in two recent games against college powers.

A Ryan Miller goal in the 79th minute gave Notre Dame a 1-0 win in front of 2,313 fans at a rainy Alumni Field. The victory marked the third straight year that the Fighting Irish have defeated a Mexican national youth team.

Goals from Javier Hernandez and Hector Moreno gave Mexico's U-20s a 2-0 win over Indiana two days later, in front of nearly 6,000 fans.

Among the Mexican players on tour was former Campbell star Sonny Guadarrama, who now plays for Mexico's Santos.
