U.S. men fall to Bolivia at Pan-Am Games after blowing 2-0 lead

The USA blew a 2-0 halftime lead and lost to Bolivia, 4-2, in its second game in the men's soccer competition at the Pan-American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Maryland's Omar Gonzalez scored both U.S. goals

Gustavo Pinedo of Spanish club Cadiz scored two goals of his own in the 47th and 81st minutes to open and close Bolivia's second-half flurry. Also scoring for Bolivia was Limberg Gutierrez, one of Bolivia's two overage players in the U-20 competition, and Eduardo Fierro.

The U.S. will face Mexico on July 21.
