BYU women remain unbeaten and unscored upon

[STREAK] BYU's shutout string was extended to 662 minutes when the No. 16 Cougars beat Utah rival Weber State, 2-0, on Wednesday night in Ogden.

BYU (6-0-1) is the only Division I women's team in the nation not to have allowed a goal all season.

"I didn't realize that we had the shutout streak until the end of our last game," defender Jessica Harmon-Carter said. "A shutout is our goal before every game, so we?ll just try to keep the streak alive."

Four-year starter Erika Woodbury had a another big game in goal, stopping Shelli Gough seconds into the second half and tipping Haley McCoy's shot from 25 yards up to hit the crossbar.

For the fourth game in a row, Katie Larkin scored a winning goal, knocking in a free kick from two yards outside the box. Freshman Kassidy Christensen added the second goal late in the game from close range.
