Chelsea to Manchester United, 2-0, on Sunday in Israeli Avram Grant's first game as Blues' manager in place of Jose Mourinho. The game was not without controversy, notably referee Mike Dean
controversially sending off John Obi Mikel and awarding a dubious penalty late in the game to United.
The British papers were full of stories about Grant's rocky start as Chelsea manager.
The Daily Mail reported that Mourinho had left the Chelsea training center with the scouting reports on United. The Daily Mirror reported on Chelsea fans chanting Mourinho's name on the day of
Grant's debut on the Chelsea bench.
For the daily Telegraph, Sunday was a day that "Avram Who?" became "Avram Why?" and the three lost points at Old Trafford compounded the disaster of
losing the inspirational Mourinho.
