The Sheriff's Department of Northern California's Sonoma County responded to reports that a youth coach of a Petaluma girls team exposed his buttocks to the opposing team following a heated Windsor
Cup game involving under-16 girls. According to media reports, the coach walked to the center of the field and allegedly exposed his rear to the opposing team. Parents of that team then called the
police.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported that the coach later denied pulling his pants
down, but that he has been suspended by his club.
Players and parents of the team he allegedly mooned said they were offended by the action and plan to ask Sonoma County prosecutors to file
misdemeanor indecent exposure charges against the coach.
