English lead changes again



[EUROPEAN RACES] Manchester United regained the lead in the English Premier League when it won, 1-0, at win at Derby County, while Arsenal endured its fourth straight tie with a 1-1 draw at home against Middlesbrough. United now leads the Gunners on goal difference.

Barcelona's troubles in Spain continued when it was held to a 2-2 tie at promoted Almeria on Sunday. Lyon has a record seventh consecutive French league title in sight after winning, 3-0, at Monaco on Saturday. to stay six points ahead of second-place Bordeaux, which beat Strasbourg, 3-0.
