Soccer Buzz, the web site devoted to women's college soccer, announced its Top 12 Recruits, the top U.S.-based players entering college
next fall.
The No. 1 recruit is
Hannah Cerrone, who will attend Boston College. She is the 2006 NSCAA/adidas High School Girls Player of the Year out
of Ketcham High School in Wappingers Falls, N.Y., and a member of the U.S. under-17 national team.
UCLA, North Carolina and California each had two players on the list.
