Sheva, Ronnie Deals Not Straightforward for Milan

AC Milan wants Ronaldinho and Andriy Shevchenko, and Ronaldinho and Andriy Shevchenko want to move to AC Milan. However, Goal.com reports that the moves will not be so simple, as there's likely to be wrangling over the players' transfer fees. Already Milan VP Adriano Galliani has indicated that Milan and Barcelona, Ronaldinho's current employer, are miles apart in their valuation of the Brazilian. However, Barcelona holds the cards here, as both Manchester City and Tottenham of the English Premier League have also expressed interest in the player, which is sure to drive up his price tag.

Shevchenko, meanwhile, is unlikely to draw much interest from other major clubs in Europe. The Chelsea striker has been a flop since arriving in the summer of 2006, making just 11 Premier League appearances this season. As such, Sheva desperately wants to return to Milan, scene of the greatest years of his career, but Milan's Galliani has said the club is unwilling to pay a fee for the Ukrainian. Chelsea paid $60 million to bring him to Stamford Bridge in 2006.
