Jaqua scores; Feilhaber sees action in nightmare loss

[AMERICANS ABROAD] In a 1-1 with Red Bull Salzburg, former Houston striker Nate Jaqua scored his fifth goal since joining SCR Altach, which successfully fended off relegation with an eighth place finish in the 10-team Austrian First Division.

Benny Feilhaber made his first English Premier League appearance in four months when he came on for Derby as a 60th minute sub in a 6-2 loss on Monday to Arsenal.

The scored was 3-1 when the 23-year-old midfielder entered. Compatriot Eddie Lewis went the full 90 for already relegated Derby, which will be dubbed the worst team in EPL history if it doesn't win its last two games.

Derby has won only once this season while losing 27 times and tying eight times.

Jaqua, who scored on a header, joined Altbach with 13 games left in the season. The Oregon product had scored 21 goals in 91 games during four MLS seasons with Chicago, Los Angeles and the Houston. He scored six regular-season goals and one playoff goal to help Houston win the 2007 MLS title.
