U.S. U-17 boys earn another big win in South America

The U.S. under-17 boys national team got two first-half goals from Stefan Jerome and one in the second half from Carlos Martinez in a 3-1 win over Chile's U-17 national team to finish its four-game trip to South America with a 3-1 record.

The win was the second in three games at the Copa Ciudad de Rosario in Rosario, Argentina.

The only loss was a 3-0 defeat to host Argentina. Wilmer Cabrera's U-17s also beat Uruguay, 2-0, in Montevideo and opened play in Rosario with a 3-1 win over a local team.
