Why Texas will win the College Cup? We have a good chance. We have a strong team all over the field. Our senior class is good. We've been to the Sweet 16 twice
and we know how to win big games. Our freshman class is strong, too.
Biggest area of improvement needed to win College Cup? We can always
improve on offense. Scoring is an area that we can always work on.
Greatest asset as a player? I have pretty good leadership skills. Even though I
play defense, I'm dangerous up top on set pieces.
Biggest weakness as a player? I could score more goals. I have lots of opportunities on set
pieces. I could score more.
Best advice you received when you entered college? Be organized, learn to manage your time and put the right
things first.
Advice you gave your freshmen about Coach Petrucelli? We have a pretty strong freshman class. We let them figure things out on
their own. We didn't have to lay any rules down.
Pregame ritual? I like to take a nap. Then, I shower to wake myself up before a game.
Postgame ritual? I go out to dinner with my parents afterward. They fly in for games a lot. Then, I go home and sleep.
Favorite hangout when you're back home? I like hanging out at the beach. I'm a beach bum. We have a beach house that I like to spend a lot of time at.
Favorite hangout on campus or in town? I like our team room. We have Guitar Hero and every movie channel you could want. If I'm not there, then I'm at my
apartment.
Fondest memories-playing high school or youth soccer? Winning the national championship twice with my club team [Laguna Hills
Eclipse].
18 or 21-what should the drinking age be? 21. At 18, you're too young. At 18, you have more maturing to do.
