-- Manitoba Premier Gary Doer, objecting to the Winnipeg Soccer Federation Indoor Soccer Complex plans to charge adults a $1.70 admission fee. The provincial government contributed $2.9  million to the cost of the $10.7-million complex. He said an admission fee for parents to watch their children play was never part of the deal.
