NCAA Division III Men

The NCAA Division II Men's Tournament features 32 teams. Midwestern State, No. 1 in last week's NSCAA/adidas rankings, had its 15-game winning streak snapped when it blew a 2-0 lead and lost to West Texas A&M, 3-2. The Mustangs will host one of the eight regional groups  this weekend, however.
 
D2 Bracket

FORMAT:

Five regional groups consist of four teams. Two have three and the eighth group has six.
Two to six teams were selected from each of the eight regions. Play begins with two preliminary-round games Wednesday. Regional play will be completed Saturday and Sunday.  Quarterfinals will be held on campus sites and completed by Nov. 23.  The semifinals and final will be played Dec. 4 and 6 at the University of Tampa.

NCAA Division III Men

The NCAA Division III Men's Tournament features 58 teams. Play begins with six first-round games on Thursday. Top-ranked Trinity (Texas), which had its perfect record snapped when it was held to a 1-1 tie at DePauw on Sunday, is one of six teams to earn byes. Montclair State is the only unbeaten and untied team in the D3 field.

Ten sites will host first- and second-round play Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday.  Second-round winners will advance to one of four sectional sites Nov. 21-22 or 22-23.  Winners of the four sectionals will advance to the finals Dec. 5-6 at Greensboro (N.C.). College
