Mining company and Real Salt Lake stadium sponsor Rio Tinto is cutting 14,000 jobs globally to try and reduce its debt of $38.9 billion. The company announced Wednesday a 15 percent cut in its
workforce, a halt to its expansion plans, and the sale of some assets.
