U.K. National Football Museum Should Be At Wembley

The National Football Museum, like all projects of historical worth, has to be based where it is accessible. That is why there is a Tate Modern; not a Tate, Preston." Martin Samuel argues for moving the U.K. equivalent of the Soccer Hall of Fame from Preston in northern England to the national stadium in London. He should try getting to Oneonta.
