7. U.S. SOCCER: U-17 boys '91s beat Mexico in France

The U.S. U-17 '91 boys national team beat Mexico, 3-0, at the Mondial Minimes International Tournament in France, where they also tied England 0-0, lost to Ireland, 2-1, and beat Cameroon on PKs after a 1-1 tie.

The team was coached U.S. U-17 assistant coach Raul Diaz Arce, who took an 18-player roster that was a mix of players currently in U.S. Soccer's Residency Program and players the coaching staff is looking at possibly inviting in for the next semester.
