on the public release of 49 photographs of Glasgow Rangers fans the police would like to talk to in connection with
various public order incidents surrounding the 2008 UEFA Cup Final last May between Rangers and Zenit St. Petersburg in Manchester. Wessell hopes the appeal will result in prosecutions for serious
assault, criminal damage and looting.
