Nedved To Retire This Summer

"I am having fun, but I believe that it is time to make room for youngsters. They deserve to play. Perhaps you think I am still young, but I am 37 and I feel it's truly the right time to quit. I just want to give my all in these remaining three months and hopefully end my career by winning the Champions League." Czech Republic international and 2003 FIFA World Player of the Year Pavel Nedved, rejecting a proposed pay-as-you-play offer by Juventus and in order to spend more time with his family.
