Colorado - Signed goalkeeper Stewart Ceus to a developmental contract. Acquired rights to Gregory Richardson from Toronto in exchange for the Rapids' second-round pick in the 2010 SuperDraft. Waived goalkeeper Justin Hughes, midfielder Kwame Sarkodie, and defender Cesar Zambrano.

D.C. United - Acquired defender Dejan Jakovic in a transfer from Red Star Belgrade.

Houston - Signed goalkeeper Tyler Deric as a homegrown player.

Los Angeles - Reached an agreement with AC Milan to extend David Beckham's loan until May 31. Waived midfielder Josh Boateng.

New York - Traded defender Chris Leitch to San Jose for an international player slot and allocation money.

San Jose - Acquired right back Chris Leitch from New York for an international player slot and allocation money. Waived forward John Cunliffe and midfielder Michael Ghebru.

Toronto - Traded the rights to trialist Gregory Richardson to Colorado in exchange for a second round 2010 SuperDraft pick.
