Too Many Cooks

[OFF THE POST] Brazilian club Barueri's experiment with three head coaches came to an end when it fired Toninho Moura, Diego Cerri and Luis Carlos Goiano, who had been given equal status as co-coaches..

Barueri is in eighth place of the 16-team Paulista championship.

"We have decided to abort the project with three coaches," said club president Walter Sanches, who appointed Estevam Soares the lone chief. "We believe the project was worthwhile and useful. We don't believe it was a failure as some people have said and we will use it again in the future."

Moura was canned first. Cerri and Goiano lasted one more game before being shown the door

The trio was hired in December.
