[OFF THE POST] Since Dutchman Guus Hiddink took over as Chelsea boss, he intensified the fitness regime, restricted cell phone use on the training grounds, cracked down on tardiness, and demanded that the players wear Armani suits during team travel.

Hiddink also showed the players the proper way to knot a neck tie.

Hiddink's predecessor at Chelsea, the Brazilian Luiz Felipe Scolari, wore warm-up suits on the sidleline while Hiddink always wears a suit.
