After Cristiano Ronaldo admitted uncertainty about his future at Manchester United, Real Madrid's likely future president Florentino Perez has suggested that
the club will make a strong push for the superstar.
"He's a player that would be very good if he came to Real Madrid," Perez is quoted as saying by Sky Sports. "What I
know is what I've read, that there is an agreement by means of which he would come for [$129 million]."
Asked if he would be prepared to sanction such a deal, Perez added: "Next week we will look at the numbers and nobody should doubt that we are going to design with our sporting advisors a spectacular project."
