Islanders overtake Rochester again

[USL-1] For the second year in a row, the Puerto Rico Islanders overcame a first-leg deficit and knocked the Rochester Rhinos out of the USL First Division playoffs. The two Canadian quarterfinalists, Montreal and Vancouver, held on to their first-leg advantages and joined Puerto Rico and regular-season champion Portland in the semifinals.
