Liverpool, meanwhile, has had a sluggish start to the season. The result marks
Liverpool's third league loss, eclipsing the number of losses they had in all of last season. The defeat capped a disappointing week after the Reds also slumped to a 2-0 loss against Fiorentina in
the Champions League on Tuesday.
