The U.S. national team has announced an exhibition game against fellow World Cup qualifiers Denmark on Nov. 18 at NRGi Park in Aarhus, where American Benny Feilhaber
trade for AGF Aarhus FC. The USA plans to play another friendly in Europe on Nov. 14 against an opponent that is yet to be determined.
The USA has met Denmark five times before, but
never in Denmark. Each team has won once, with three ties. The two met last in Carson, Calif., on Jan. 20, 2007, in a 3-1 American victory marking Bob Bradley
's first game as
coach of the team.
Including these November matches, the U.S. will finish 2009 having played 24 international games, the most for the U.S. team since 1994, when it played 27.
