Saturday. The win moved Chivas USA into a three-way tie for first in the Western conference with the Houston Dynamo and rival Los Angeles Galaxy. But Preki's Chivas squad has a game in hand over both
The New England Revolution is clinging to the final wild-card birth, two points in front of FC Dallas, D.C. United and Toronto with two games remaining for each squad. On Sunday,
the Revs host the Chicago Fire, which can clinch the No. 2 spot in the East with a draw. The Seattle Sounders can also clinch a playoff berth with a win against Kansas City on Saturday night. The same
is true of the Colorado Rapids, who face red-hot FC Dallas.
Meanwhile, Real Salt Lake trails New England by four points, but has a game in hand. RSL hosts the New York Red Bulls on
Wednesday before heading to Toronto to face TFC on Saturday. Losers of three consecutive games, D.C. United is reeling. It hobbles into Saturday's must-win game against the league-leading Columbus
Crew without a host of regular players: Santino Quaranta

will also miss the game due to suspension.
