Egypt President Mubarak says attacks won't be tolerated

Egypt President Honsi Mubarak responded for the first time in the aftermath of the Algeria-Egypt World Cup qualifying matches by saying attacks on Egyptians abroad will not be tolerated. Egyptians rioted outside the Algerian embassy in Cairo on Thursday night and into Friday morning after reports of attacks on the offices of Egyptian companies in Algeria and Egyptian fans in Khartoum following Algeria's 1-0 win in their one-game playoff. Mubarak did show a measure of restraint, remarking on Saturday that Egypt doesn't want to be drawn "into impulsive reactions. I am agitated too, but I restrain myself."
