Embry-Riddle knocks off host Fresno Pacific

[NAIA MEN] Embry-Riddle (Fla.) overcame a first-half deficit and defeated host Fresno Pacific, 3-1, on Day 1 of the NAIA Men's National Championship.

 Sun Conference Player of the Year Ryan Maloney scored two goals -- his 18th and 19th of the season -- to lead the Eagles past FPU.

Top seed Lindsey Wilson extended its shutout streak to seven games with a 2-0 win over Bellevue (Neb.). Jamaican Carnell Learmond and South African Lebogang Moloto scored for the Blue Raiders.
