Washington (Mo.) (17-3-2) vs. Lynchburg (18-3-3)
Messiah (23-0-1) vs. TCNJ (20-2-1)

This year: The Falcons bring a 50-match unbeaten streak to San Antonio. They are second in the country in scoring, averaging 4.25 goals a game. Junior Amanda Naeher has 30 goals, including five in the NCAA Tournament. History: The Falcons are making their sixth straight trip to the final four. They won in 2005 and 2008.


This year: The Lions slipped past Ithaca, 1-0, to advance to the semifinals with their fourth shutout in four games. Freshman Allyson Anderson has had a huge NCAA Tournament, picking up a goal or an assist in each game. History: The Lions will be making their fifth appearance in the semifinals in the last seven years.

This year: The Bears advanced to the final four with a 2-1 victory over Calvin. They are led by senior Caryn Rosoff (11 goals), the UAA Most Valuable Player. History: Washington will make its second appearance in the Division III final four.

This year: The Hornets upset No. 3 ranked and unbeaten Trinity (Texas), depriving the final four of its host school. Brittany Klippstein (nine goals, seven assists), Ashley Hoath (seven goals, 11 assists) and Betsy Kwiatkowski (six goals, eight assists) lead the attack. History: The Hornets reached their first ever final four.
