Hugo Sanchez has been fired again, this time by Spanish club Almeria. The Mexican was informed of the decision after Almeria's 2-0 loss to Espanyol on Sunday
in La Liga left the Andalusian team with just four points in its last eight games and just one point above the relegation zone after 15 games.
Said Almeria vice president
Ricardo Martinez, "Given the circumstances, this decision had to be taken. Hugo Sanchez is a good coach but he had bad luck."
The former Atletico and Real
Madrid great was fired as Mexico's national team coach in 2008.
