'Busby Babe' dies at the age of 74

Albert Scanlon, one of the survivors of the 1958 plane crash that killed eight Manchester United teammates, has died at the age of 74. He recovered from a broken leg and fractured skull suffered in the crash at the Munich airport to play again for United. He has 16 goals as United finished second in the English League in 1959. He left United the next year and later played for Newcastle, Mansfield and Lincoln.
