Midway Cos., the Houston-based developer of City Centre mall, has plans for MLS's Houston Dynamo to build a soccer stadium on private land near the Galleria in southwest Houston: a 21,000-seat

president
Oliver Luck confirmed that he has met several times with Midway representatives.
"They have not yet presented a full-blown plan to us,"
he said. "It's an interesting location and certainly worth looking at."
