[LSU WOMEN] LSU coach
Brian Lee inked one of the nation's deepest signing classes with the addition of 10 players,
led by forwards
Addie Eggleston (Challenge) and
Kaley Blades (Clearwater Chargers).
Also joining the
LSU program are
Nina Anderson (Duncanville, Texas),
Jodi Calloway (Denton, Texas),
Emily Cancienne (Baton Rouge, La.),
Megan Kinneman (Missouri City, Texas),
Shannon McLain (Spring,
Texas),
Danielle Murphy (Lafayette, La.),
Kendall Narum (Clearwater, Fla.) and
Alex
Ramsey (Rock Hill, S.C.).
Lee believes the talent level of this year's recruiting class will help fill the void of an eight-member senior class that provided the foundation
of three-straight SEC West titles and NCAA Tournament appearances.
"This is a monumental day in the history of the LSU soccer program," Lee said. "We are fortunate to sign a group
of young women that will rank among the top signing classes in the country this season. This will be a class that will build on the foundation established by the seniors and take us to another
level with our ultimate goal of competing for SEC championships and Final Fours."
