Arsenal's goal: win EPL title for Ramsey

Arsenal teenager Aaron Ramsey could be back in action in as soon as six months following the broken leg he suffered Saturday on Stoke defender Ryan Shawcross’s challenge. Doctors told Ramsey the break to the tibia and fibula of his right leg is not as bad as teammate Eduardo suffered two years ago because it was well above the ankle.

Eduardo suffered a broken leg at Birmingham almost two years ago to the day and he insists Ramsey will come back stronger. “Seeing that again made me think about my inju ry and what happened," said the Croatia international. "It brought back my memories. But I am totally convinced Ramsey will come back. The whole team is with him, supporting him.”

Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner, one of Ramsey's best friends, branded Shawcross’s challenge “out of control, terrible and totally mad.” The young Dane said the Gunners' goal now was to win the EPL title for Ramsey. Their win on Saturday moved them to within three points of leader Chelsea.
