Melo set up Robinho for Brazil's goal against the Netherlands with a fine pass, but Melo got in keeper Julio Cesar's way for a high ball into the area and nodded it into his own goal for the Dutch equalizer.
“Julio Cesar called for the ball, but with the vuvuzelas it was difficult to hear," said Melo, who was later ejected for stomping on Arjen Robben.
