[SYRACUSE-LOUISVILLE MEN] No. 4 Louisville remained unbeaten and tied a school record for wins with a 2-1 victory at Syracuse in Big East play.

TheCardinals improved to 13-0-2 on the season, tying their record for most wins in a season set last season.      

Louisville struck early when J.T. Murray set up freshman Dylan Mares in the sixth minute.

In the 35th minute, Syracuse’s Nick Roydhouse found Jakob Karlgren, who connected on a header to score the equalizer.

Louisville, which finishedthe game with an 18-7 shot advantage,  came out aggressively in the second half and needed only four minute to regain the lead when Kenney Walker fed Colin Rolfe, who got a breakaway to score.
