[WOMEN’S AWARDS] Charleston Southern forward Marky Boyce, who has challenged for the national scoring lead all season,was named the Big South Attacking Player of the Year.

Boyce earned her second consecutive Player of the Year honor after leading the Big South in almost every offensive category in 2010,including points (43), points per game (2.26), goals (19) and goals per game (1.00).

She is just the third player to win back-to-back Player of the Year awards, joining Nikki Porter of Radford (2002, 2003) and Ashleigh Gunning of Coastal Carolina (2007, 2008).
