Modest Brazilian club Goias, which has been relegated to Brazil’s second division for next season, is poised to lift the Copa Sudamericana (Wednesday, Fox Deportes, 7 pm ET).

Goaishosted and beat Argentina’s Independiente, 2-0, in the first leg of the final last week. A tie or win on Wednesday will be enough for Goias to claim its first major international title.

Independiente is known in South America as the “Rey de Copas” (King of Cup), having won the Copa Libertadores a record seven times. Independiente has won two world club titles and has 14Argentine league crowns.
