Teams added in Los Angeles and Puerto Rico

[USL PRO] United Soccer Leagues has added the Los Angeles Blues -- its first team on the West Coast -- and Puerto Rico United Sporting Club -- its the third team from the Puerto Rico Soccer League and fourth team in the Caribbean Division in the new USL PRO.

The Los Angeles Blues will be led by vice president and head coach Charlie Naimo and general manager David Adams.

Naimo is the president of operations and head coach of W-League powerhouse Pali Blues and served as general manager of WPS's defunct Los Angeles Sol.

The Blues will play at Cal State Fullerton's Titan Stadium.

Puerto Rico United will join Sevilla Puerto Rico, River Plate Puerto Rico and Barracuda FC of Antigua & Barbuda in the Caribbean Division.

Puerto Rico United is based in Aguada, Puerto Rico, and plays its home games at 4,000-seat Aguada Stadium.

USL PRO is slated to have 16 teams in 2011. Fifteen have been announced as charter members.
