[AWARDS] Akron’s Darlington Nagbe and Louisville’s Colin Rolfe, who will meet in Sunday NCAA Division I final, are among thefinalists for the 2010 Missouri Athletic Club’s Hermann Trophy. Indiana’s Will Bruin is the third finalist.

Bruin, a junior forward from St. Louis, Mo., was the2010 Big Ten Offensive Player of the Year. He led the Hoosiers in scoring with 41 points on 18 goals and five assists and helped Indiana reach the third round of the NCAA Tournament.

Nagbe, a junior forward from Lakewood, Ohio, has helped Akron reach the College Cup final for the second consecutive season. The Mid-American Conference Player of the Year has 27 points on seven goalsand 13 assists. He is the third consecutive Akron player to be voted a finalist for the MAC Hermann Trophy (2008 runner-up Steve Zakuani and 2009 winner TealBunbury).

Rolfe, a junior forward from Canton, Mich., has started all 23 games for unbeaten Louisville. He leads the team in scoring with 25 points (nine goals and sevenassists). Rolfe earned first-team All-Big East honors. He scored two goals in a victory over UCLA that earned the Cardinals their first trip to the College Cup.

The finalists will beinvited to the Missouri Athletic Club in downtown St. Louis on Jan. 7 for the announcement of the winner and award banquet.
