[TELEVISION] If you weren't a soccer fan, you'd have probably never heard of Spanish-language network TeleFutura, but it hit the jackpot -- on a February sweeps
night no less -- with its broadcast of the Mexico vs. Bosnia-Herzegovina friendly last Wednesday night.
TeleFutura, part of the Univision family of networks, ranked as the No. 2 network,
behind only Fox, among men 18-34 in primetime for its broadcast that drew an average of 2.6 million viewers.
KFTR TV TeleFutura 46 was the No. 1 station among all broadcasters in Los
Angeles among total viewers 2+, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34.
The broadcast of Mexico's 2-0 win was also No. 1 among men 18-34 in Houston, San Francisco and Sacramento.
