Toluca's woes at La Bombonera continue

Red Devils' home-field advantage has deserted them. Short-handed Toluca's 1-0 loss to Monterrey in the first leg of the Concacaf Champions League quarterfinals extended its woes at home, where it has
only one win in its last seven games.
Osvaldo Martinez scored on a long free kick in the 82nd minute to give Monterrey the victory at the Estadio
Nemesio Diez, also known as La Bombonera.
Toluca played the last 80 minutes with 10 men after Luis Arias was sent off in the 10th minute for an
elbow to the head of Jesus Zavala.
In other all-Mexican clash, Cruz Azul beat Santos, 2-0, in Tuesday.
