Nagbe is scheduled to be re-evaluated by doctors in Southern California on Thursday, with surgery scheduled for the next afternoon at Surgery Center of the Pacific in Santa Monica, Calif.
The Liberian-born Nagbe won the 2010 Hermann Trophy in leading Akron to the 2010 national championship.
Bunbury, who is also expected to miss 2-4 weeks after injuring his elbow in a Sporting Kansas City scrimmage on Feb. 15, won the 2009 Hermann Trophy after leading the Zips to an unbeaten and untied regular season.
